- Provide the women in Ghana with better working conditions such as buildings with fans and water so the women do not get dehydrated because of the heat.

- Make sure that the women are happy with their wages and offer them more in terms of payment such as building facilites such as schools and homes.

• This strategy would not only keep the women of Ghana satisfied by building schools it

 would also educate children so that in the future, adults would be able to get better jobs.

• As the children would be educated, villages would be able to provide for themselves a lot

more. This would mean less poverty and uneducated adults for villages.

• The women in Ghana would be satisfied with payment by building facilities, The Body

Shop would not have to raise costs in their products to make sure the company had enough money

meaning that the amount of customer the shops were getting would stay the same.
